The data controller is Cireddu Bruno, sole trader, Via Leonardo da Vinci 48, 09040 San Vito (CA), Italy, VAT no. 04203250925. For any matter concerning your data you can write to info@danonnaamelia.it.
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: full name, email address, phone number if you give one, the apartment you are interested in, dates and number of guests, and the text of your message. We also record the IP address the enquiry is sent from, as a security measure against automated submissions.
We use them solely to answer your enquiry and, should you decide to book, to manage your stay. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, and the performance of pre-contractual measures you have requested.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for as long as needed to handle the exchange of messages, and in any case no longer than 24 months. If a stay follows, the data are kept for the periods required by tax and legal obligations.
Your data stay between you and us. The form is handled by a program running on our own server: no third-party service collects your data. The email travels through our mail provider (Aruba S.p.A., in Italy), acting as data processor. We do not transfer data outside the European Union and we do not pass them to anyone for commercial purposes.
This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools that track you across websites. The only cookie we set remembers the answer you gave to the banner. The only external content is the Google Maps map, which stays switched off until you allow it: only then can Google receive your IP address and set cookies of its own. Everything is explained in full, including why the map is there, on our cookie page. We keep a record of the choice you make on the banner on our own server: it holds only the date, the time, a random code, the choice and the page language, and nothing that identifies you.
At any time you may ask to access your data, correct them, erase them, restrict or object to their processing, or withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before the withdrawal. Simply write to the addresses above. If you believe your data are not handled properly you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
